What Is the Biz Builders Fair?

The Biz Builders Fair is a fun, hands-on way for students in Grades 4–8 to experience what it’s like to run their own business for a day.

Kids choose an idea, make their product, set up a booth, and sell to real customers — safely, with parent and school supervision.

    Includes table, two chairs, Biz Builders T-shirt, signage template, and materials kit.

Parent Volunteers

Parents and high-school students can volunteer as judges, setup, or cleanup helpers. Your support is crucial!

I am excited to give kids the chance to build important business and entrepreneurship skills. One fun fact about me is I can read and write 3 languages, speak 3 and am learning a 4th!

One fun fact about me is that I love to play tennis in my free time, and I get to play on our school’s team during the fall season!

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to help my child?

Yes — parents guide and supervise, but kids lead their own project. Students should be in charge, with parents offering support!

Can siblings share a booth?

Yes — teams of 2–3 are welcome.

What kinds of products are allowed?

Handmade crafts, simple foods (prepackaged), art, accessories, games, etc. No sharp objects or unlabeled allergens.
